I’ve just returned to NY after 7 months living abroad. During this time I started and killed a business which kicked off a process that caused parts of me to be sloughed off.

What’s risen after that time is a new vision of how I could serve businesses working in software.

I am seeking to join a team that is having difficulty in shipping work due to cross disciplinary frictions, an invisible yet felt killer of collaboration which deeply impacts productivity, innovation and trust. This would be for a short term, time bound moment of 2-5 weeks. In that amount of time I genuinely believe we could make a sizeable impact; the results being better work, happier teams and product shipped.

The reality is that I have a solid skillset as an engineer but my real contribution has continually been the soft skills. These soft skills are hardened, tested and dextrous. I want to bring this to teams, I know it is needed.

I have a spacious 6 week window of time right now before I return to Zen Mountain Monastery for my annual 2 month residency.
The merging of my love for building and deep commitment to contemplative + relational practices is underway.

This all begins with a conversation, I would love to have one or two or ten. I am not trying to sell anything, I don’t have a magic bullet, a recipe or a simple solution. This is to see what emerges through talking and seeing if I can serve you and your team.
